Novelus is operated by Novelus LLC.
These terms cover your use of novelus.co and the text messages you exchange with Novelus ("Novelus", "we", "us"). By using the site or texting us, you agree to them. Questions: email [email protected].
Text messages
Program. Novelus text messages are about having Novelus co-host and manage your rental property. The conversation starts only when you text us first, for example by texting RENTAL, HOME or NOVELUS to (877) 522-4016. We never send the first text.
What we send. We reply inside the conversation you started: we ask for the property address and the best email for you, and confirm when our team will call. We may answer questions you send in that conversation.
How often. Message frequency varies with the conversation, usually two to four messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Novelus does not charge for text messages.
Stop. Reply STOP at any time to end the messages. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. To start again, text us.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or call (307) 429-0342.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and messages are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The website and estimates
Income estimates on this site are projections from public market data and the details you give us. They are not a promise of any result. Any management agreement between you and Novelus is a separate written contract, and its terms govern that relationship.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
