What is Corporate Housing, and how does it differ from long-term rentals?

Corporate housing caters to professionals like business executives, traveling nurses, and project teams who need short- to mid-term stays. Unlike long-term rentals, corporate housing focuses on temporary, high-paying clients, allowing property owners to often earn 2 to 3 times more than traditional long-term tenants.

What kind of guests typically use corporate housing?

Our guests range from business executives and traveling professionals to project teams and individuals transitioning between homes. They seek comfortable, temporary accommodations for work-related stays or relocation purposes.

Do I still own my property?

Yes. It's a management agreement, not a lease. You keep ownership and can block your own dates.

How do you get paid?

A percentage of what your property earns. We only make money when you do.

What are the steps from first call to launch?
  1. Book a 15-minute call. A quick call to talk through your home and whether it's a fit.
  2. Custom plan on Google Meet. We walk through a plan built for your home: who it suits, how it is listed, and what it needs.
  3. We launch. Listings, photos and pricing set up, ready for the first booking.
  4. We manage. Guests, cleaning and upkeep run day to day, and you get a monthly owner statement.
What do you handle?
  • Listing and photos. A clear, accurate listing with photos that show your home well.
  • Pricing. Rates adjusted for season, demand, and length of stay.
  • Guest messaging. Questions, check-in details, and follow-up, handled for you.
  • Cleaning coordination. Turnovers scheduled with vetted local cleaners.
  • Upkeep. Small repairs and maintenance arranged with trusted local handymen.

Guests pay the cleaning fee.

Where do you list my home?

On Airbnb, VRBO, and Furnished Finder. Listing in more than one place lets your home reach short stays and longer furnished stays: vacationers and families, traveling nurses and medical staff, business travelers, and families between homes.

What do I still pay for?

The home's own costs stay with you: mortgage, property taxes, utilities, insurance, HOA dues, repairs, and furnishings. Guests pay the cleaning fee.

What about insurance and damage?

Airbnb bookings come with Airbnb's AirCover for Hosts, which includes up to $3M USD in Host damage protection and up to $1M USD in Host liability insurance. These are Airbnb's programs. They apply to stays booked on Airbnb, not to bookings made on other platforms, and Airbnb's terms, conditions, limits and exclusions apply. AirCover is not a replacement for your own insurance. We recommend carrying a short-term rental insurance policy on the home.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on where your home is. Many cities and counties require a short-term rental permit or business license, and some HOAs restrict rentals. We check the local rules for your address with you before launch. Where a permit is required, you hold it in your name.

How long is the contract?

It starts with a 3-month trial, then continues month to month with 30 days' notice. The full terms are in the management agreement.

How do my payouts work?

Guests pay through the booking platforms. You receive a monthly owner statement and payout, as set out in the management agreement.

Where do you operate?

We are U.S.-based and take on select homes across the United States. The intro call is where we work out whether your home is a fit.

My home is unfurnished. Can it still work?

Mid-term guests, like traveling nurses, need a furnished home. If yours is unfurnished, we can talk through what it would take on your intro call.
